EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Executive Trainee ( Marketing)	2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma Management ( with specialization or elective in Marketing Management/Agri-Business Management with 60ok marks for Gen/OBC candidates and 55Yo in case of SC/STiPwBD from a recognized University/Institute.
Executive Trainee ( Chemical)	Full-time BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 60 % marks for General and 55% in SC/ST from a recognised university/ Institute.
Executive Trainee (Fire)	Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with minimum of 60 marks for Gen/OBC candidates and 55% inSC/ST/PwBD from a recognized University/ Institute.
Executive Trainee (Civil)	Full time BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks for Gen/OBC candidates and 55Yo inSC/ST/PwBD from a recognized University/ Institute

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Executive Trainee ( Marketing)	The incumbent will be responsible for the trading business activities of the Marketing Dept.
Executive Trainee ( Chemical)	The incumbent will be responsible for the operation of plants and other functions related to the plants
Executive Trainee (Fire)	The incumbent will be responsible for the operations and system maintenance jobs of the Fire department
Executive Trainee (Civil)	The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of raw water supply at Jack well, maintenance of railway siding, civil maintenance of plant & non-plant buildings in the factory, quarters & public buildings at the township including execution, supervision &preparation of estimates and other project-related jobs.

SALARY:

Executive Trainee ( Marketing)	1st Year – 35,000/-PM 2nd Year – 38,000/- PM 3rd Year – 41,000/-PM
Executive Trainee ( Chemical)	1st Year – 35,000/- PM 2nd Year -38.000/- PM 3rd Year – 41,000/- PM
Executive Trainee (Fire)	1st Year – 35,000/-PM 2nd Year – 38,000/-PM 3rd Year – 41,000/- PM
Executive Trainee (Civil)	1st Year – 35,000/-PM 2nd Year – 38,000/- PM 3rd Year – 41,000/- PM
