Educational Qualification:

Management Trainee (Chemical)

• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Discipline/Chemical Technology from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• 3 years regular and full time BE / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after Diploma.
  Allied courses / degrees / dual degrees in Chemical Engineering will not be considered.

Management Trainee (Mechanical)

• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Mechanical Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• 3 years regular and full time BE / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Mechanical Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after Diploma.
  Allied courses / degrees / dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering will not be considered.

Management Trainee (Boiler)

• Regular full time 4 years BE / B. Tech / B. Sc. Engineering Graduate in Chemical / Mechanical/ Instrumentation /Electrical discipline from UGC/AICTE approved Institution. Or
• 3 years regular and full time BE/ B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Chemical / Mechanical/ Instrumentation /Electrical discipline from UGC/AICTE approved Institution acquired after Diploma. And
• The candidate should have valid Boiler Operation Engineer’s Certificate (BOE)/Boiler Proficiency Certificate.

Management Trainee (Safety)

• Regular full time 4 years B.E. /B. Tech./B.Sc Engineering (Engineering Graduate) preferably in chemical discipline from UGC/AICTE approved Institution.
  OR
• 3 years regular Full time B.E. /B. Tech./B.Sc Engineering (Engineering Graduate) preferably in chemical discipline from UGC/AICTE approved Institution after acquiring Diploma.And
• One-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety course from UGC/AICTE recognised institutions.The Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety should necessarily be completed after passing above prescribed qualification. OR
• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• 3 years Regular full time B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions acquired after Diploma

Management Trainee(Civil)

• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Civil Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions.
  Or
• 3 years regular and full time BE / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Civil Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after Diploma.

Management Trainee(Fire)

• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire OR Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• 3 years Regular full time B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire OR Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions acquired after Diploma.

Management Trainee(CC Lab)

• Regular and Full time Graduation in any discipline with Regular and Full time Master’s Degree in Chemistry (Organic / Inorganic / Physical / Analytical) from UGC/AICTE approved University / Institution and Ph.D. in Chemistry (Organic / Inorganic / Physical / Analytical) from UGC/AICTE approved University / Institution.

Management Trainee(IT)

• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• 3 years regular and full time BE / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after Diploma.
  Allied courses / degrees / dual degrees in Information Technology Engineering will not be considered.

Age Limit ( As on 1.3.2022): 

• 27 years for Unreserved category/EWS
• The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.

RCFL Recruitment 2022 Selection Process :

• The selection process for the positions of Management Trainees comprises of Online Test and Personal Interview.The online test will have two parts, Discipline related and Aptitude related. Duration of test will be ninety (90) minutes. The total number of questions will be 100, out of which 50 questions would be from mix of course curriculum of qualifying degree /relevant qualification of relevant discipline of two marks each and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge / Awareness of one mark each. There will be negative marking for wrong answer. The level of the domain subject will be as applicable for each post.Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for personal interview tentatively in the ratio of 1:7 i.e. 7 eligible candidates for 1 post
