Admission to PG programmes 2nd semester DDE, University of Jammu

DIRECTORATE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU:-It is for the information of the eligible Candidates of P.G. Programmes i.e. English, Hindi, Political Science, Economics, Commerce, Sociology, Urdu and Dogri, PGDBM Semester 2nd, Session 2018-19 that they are required to fill in their Online Examination Forms as per the schedule given below :-

PGDBM

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  06-01-2018 to 20-01-2019
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   21-01-2019 to 27-01-2019
3. With late fee of Rs. 240/- (another count of 7 Days : 28-01-2019 to 03-02-2019

Dogri and Hindi

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  10-01-2019 to 24-01-2019
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   25-01-2019 to 31-01-2019
3. With late fee of Rs. 240/- (another count of 7 Days : 01-02-2019 to 7-02-201

Economics and Sociology

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  16-01-2019 to 30-01-2019
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   31-01-2019 to 06-02-2019
3. With late fee of Rs. 240/- (another count of 7 Days : 07-02-2019 to 13-02-2019

Pol Science, English and Urdu 

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  22-01-2019 to 05-02-2019
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   06-02-2019 to 12-02-2019
3. With late fee of Rs. 240/- (another count of 7 Days : 13-02-2019 to 19-02-2019

Commerce

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  09-02-2019 to 23-02-2019
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   24-02-2019 to 02-03-2019
3. With late fee of Rs. 240/- (another count of 7 Days : 03-03-2019 to 09-03-2019.

The candidates are advised to fill in the Examination form online at DDE website www.distanceeducationju.inor visit S.K. Infotech Hiranagar, take the print-out, deposit the requisite fee in any branch of the J&K Bank Ltd. And the attach the receipt of the bank challan with the Examination from and submit the same by hand along- with relevant documents required in the respective PG Sections of DDE. The Examination form filled in online at DDE website will be only considered from exam in 2nd Semester. Use Google Chrome Browser for quality printing of form.

 No Exam form shall be entertained after the completion of the above schedule.

Documents required

Two self attested photocopies of marks certificate of last qualifying exam along with the Roll No. slip of PG 1st Semester.

Details of Fee:-

• Rs. 940 + Rs. 10 (Bank charges) for PG (2nd Semester) Courses in English, Hindi, Urdu, Dogri, Sociology., PGDBM, Pol Science, Economics.
• Rs. 1140 ( 940 + 200 as semester fee) + Rs. 10 Bank Charges) for PG (2nd Semester) Course in Commerce.
• The payment of prescribed fee can be made through the Branches of J&K Bank Ltd only.
