Admission Notice for 4th Semester in ENGLISH, SOCIOLOGY, HINDI, DOGRI, URDU, COMMERCE through Distance mode for the Academic Session 2018-19, University Of Jammu

It is for the information of the eligible Candidates of P.G. Programmes i.e. English, Hindi, Commerce, Sociology, Urdu and Dogri Semester 4^th, Session 208-19 that they are required to fill in their Online Examination Forms as per the schedule given below :-

English and Dogri

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  24-12-2018 to 07-01-2019
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   08-01-2019 to 14-01-2019
3. With late fee of Rs. 150/- (another count of 7 Days : 15-01-2019 to 21-01-2019

Urdu and Commerce : 21/01/2019

1. Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  21-01-2019 to 04-02-2019
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   05-02-2019 to 11-02-2019
3. With late fee of Rs. 150/- (another count of 7 Days : 12-02-2019 to 18-02-2019

Sociology : 18/01/2019

1. Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  18-01-2019 to 01-02-2019
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   04-02-2019 to 11-02-2019
3. With late fee of Rs. 150/- (another count of 7 Days : 12-02-2019 to 18-02-2019

Hindi : 04/02/2019

1. Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  04-02-2019 to 18-02-2019
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   19-02-2019 to 25-02-2019
3. With late fee of Rs. 150/- (another count of 7 Days : 26-02-2019 to 04-03-2019

 

The candidates are advised to fill in the Examination form online at DDE website www.distanceeducationju.in or visit S.K. Infotech Hiranagar, take the print-out, deposit the requisite fee in any branch of the J&K Bank Ltd. And the attach the receipt of the bank challan with the Examination from and submit the same by hand along- with relevant documents required in the respective PG Sections of DDE. The Examination form filled in online at DDE website will be only considered from exam in 4^th Semester. Use Google hrome Browser for quality printing of form.

No Exam form shall be entertained after the completion of the above schedule.

Details of Fee:-

• Rs. 940 + Rs. 10 (Bank charges) for PG (4^th Semester) Courses in English, Hindi, Urdu, Dogri, Sociology.
•  Rs. 1400 ( 940 + 200 as semester fee) + Rs. 10 Bank Charges) for PG (4^th Semester) Course in Commerce.
• The payment of prescribed fee can be made through the Branches of J&K Bank Ltd only.

Documents required

•  Two self attested photocopies of marks certificate of last qualifying exam along with the Roll No. slip of PG 3^rd Semester.
