Online applications invited for admission to PG programmes semester-1 in Directorate of Distance Education, University of Jammu

Online applications on the prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates for  admissions to Post-Graduate Programmes, Semester Ist  in Economics, English, M.Com, Dogri, Hindi, Political Science, Sociology, Urdu and PGDBM through the Directorate of Distance Education, University of Jammu. The Prospectus shall be available at the following branches of the J&K Bank: New University Campus, Jammu and the Main Branches of the J&K Bank at Shastri Nagar, Shalamar, Janipur. Talab Tillo, R.S.Pura, Samba, Kathua, Billawar, Katra, Udhampur, Reasi, Rajouri, Poonch, Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Doda, Ramban, Leh & Kargil. The candidates can fill in the Online form and deposit the fee through Online mode (DebitCard/Credit Card/ Internet Banking).

The details of the Admission Schedule are as under:-

  i. Availability of the Prospectus:  06108/2018 onwards

  ii. Submission of Online Admission form with normal fee(for l5 days) :  08/08/l 8 to 24/08/2018

 iii. With late fee of Rs. 90/-(for 7 Days) : 27/08//18 to 04/09/18

 iv. With late fee of Rs. 150/-(another count of 7 Days)  : 05/09/18 to  1l/09/18

 Note: There will be no admission after the expiry of the notified scheduled date i.e 11.09/18. The candidates will be required to apply Online exclusively through the website www.distanceeducationju.in

The candidates will be required to mention the Unique Number of the Prospectus on the  web-page of the DDE website for accessing the Online admission form. The hard copy of the admission form filled in online should be submitted by hand in the respective sections of the DDE, which shall only be considered for admission.
