Counselling Schedule of Academic Arrangement in Govt Degree Colleges of Jammu Division - 2018-19

NOTIFICATIONt

As Per the telephonic message received from Director Colleges Higher Education Department, J&K Govt. Srinagar, there will be online counselling for engagement of candidates on academic arrangement in different Government Degree Colleges of Jammu division for the session 2018-19. Instead of physical counselling which was earlier mentioned in instructions already uploaded on the link of online academic arrangement of G.G.M Science College website www.ggmsciencecollege.in .As such all applicants are directed to get their documents verified physically at G.G.M Science College, Jammu between 9.30 A.M to 3.00 P.M as per schedule given below

Applicants are required to bring the following documents in original for verification.

1. Marks certificate of B.A/B.Sc./BP.Ed/B.lib etc

2. Marks certificate of M.A/M.Sc./M.Tech. etc

3. M.Phil./ Ph.D. degree

4. Notification of result in case M.Phil./Ph.D. degree if concerned degree is not issued to the candidates

5. NET/SET/SLET certificate, if any

6. Permanent Residential Certificate Certificate (State Subject)

7. Bonafide certificate (In case candidate has acquired his/her M.A /M.Sc. degree from out of J&K state)

8. Experience certificates.

9. Date of Birth certificate.

Application form along with one set of photocopies of all the documents is to be submitted at the time of document verification.

Note1: The candidate holding Masters degree in subjects other than the subjects for which they have applied for engagement on academic arrangement are directed to deposit the equivalence certificate of the subject of their P.G and the subject in which they have applied for academic arrangement, duly issued by University of Jammu or University of Kashmir, up to 21^st of July 2018 at G.G.M Science College Jammu failing which their candidature will not be considered for academic arrangement..

Note2: Separate merit lists will be uploaded for candidates with M.Sc IT, M.Tech in Electronics, Computer Applications, and Food Science Technology etc. Such candidates will be considered for engagement on academic arrangement, only if requirement with qualifications mentioned in this paragraph is received from any Principal of the Govt. Degree Colleges of Jammu Division.

Note3: In case of academic arrangement in library sciences and academic arrangement in physical education, the marks obtained in B.lib/BP.Ed will be considered respectively for graduation instead of B.A/B.Sc. marks.
