Notification of PG admission 3rd semester Dogri, English, Urdu, sociology, Hindi and commerce 2018-19, DDEJU

DIRECTORATE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU:-It is for the information of the eligible Candidates of P.G. Programmes i.e. English, Hindi, Commerce, Sociology, Urdu and Dogri Semester 3rd, Session 2018-19 that they are required to fill in their Online Examination Forms as per the schedule given below :-

Schedule of Sociology, English. Hindi, Dogri, Commerce

Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) : 23-05-2018 to 06-006-2018

With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) : 07-006-2018 to 13-06-2018

With late fee of Rs. 150/- (another count of 7 Days : 14-06-2018 to 20-06-2018

Note: - For other PG 3rd –Sem. Programme (i.e. URDU) the online submission of admission form shall be commence within two days after the declaration of the result of their respective exams. of Semester 1st .

The schedule for the same as given below:

a. Submission of forms without late fee(for first 15 Days)

c. With late fee of Rs.150/- (another count of 7 Days)

The payment of prescribed fee can be made through J&K Bank Ltd.

Eligibility: To seek admission in the 3rd-Sem of the PG courses of the DDE, the candidate shall have to pass at least 50 % of credits in 1st -Sem. and submitted the assignments in all the subjects of the II-Sem. for the courses being run by the Directorate.

Documents attached:

1. Two Self Attested photo copies of Marks Card of 1st-Semester.

2. Five latest passport size Photographs.

3. Roll No slips of 2nd -Sem (as an appearance certificate

The candidates are advised to fill in the Examination form online at DDE website www.distanceeducationju.inor visit S.K. Infotech Hiranagar, take the print-out, deposit the requisite fee in any branch of the J&K Bank Ltd. And the attach the receipt of the bank challan with the Examination from and submit the same by hand along- with relevant documents required in the respective PG Sections of DDE.
