Applications invited for admission to various course for the year 2018 ITI (Jammu Division) -

Applications are invited from the permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State only having minimum age of 14 years with no bar for upper age,
for admission in different trades functioning in various Government ITIs of the State functioning under NCVT/SCVT for the session 2018-19 and 2018-
20 commencing from August 2018. The candidates who desire to apply for admission are advised to obtain the application forms for Free and Payment
Seats on cash payment of Rs 40/- (Rupees Forty only) which will be available in different ITIs w. e. f. 30-05-2018 to 27-06-2018. The last date for receipt
of forms duly filled is up to 29-06-2018. The details pertaining to trades functioning in various ITIs for which admissions are to be made for the session


2018-19 and 2018-20 for free and payment seats are given at Annexure "A" for Jammu Division enclosed.
The complete application form should be accompanied by self-attested copies of:
1. State Subject /Permanent Resident Certificate.
2. Marks Certificate of qualifying examination.
3. Certificate showing Date of Birth.
4. Category Certificate (SC/ST/Ex. Serviceman/Physically Handicapped) if any.
5. Two Self Attested photographs.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Selection will be made purely on the basis of academic merit obtained by the applicants in their qualifying examination (both for free and payment
seats separately).
2. On successful completion of training in affiliated Trades running under NCVT, certificate will be awarded by National Council for Vocational Training,
GoI.
3. On successful completion of training in Trades running under SCVT, certificate will be awarded by State Council for Vocational Training.
4. Candidates who have already undergone training in any of the Trades in any ITI can apply for admissions in another trade two years after com￾pletion of previous training course. However, for the ensuing academic session, their admission can be considered in any trade having poor
response..
