Notification of PG admission 2nd semester Dogri, English, Urdu, sociology, Hindi and commerce 2017-18, DDEJU

DIRECTORATE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU:-It is for the information of the eligible Candidates of P.G. Programmes i.e. English, Hindi, Commerce, Sociology, Urdu and Dogri Semester 4^th, Session 2017-18 that they are required to fill in their Online Examination Forms as per the schedule given below :-

Sociology

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  08-01-2018 to 22-01-2018
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   23-01-2018 to 29-01-2018
3. With late fee of Rs. 150/- (another count of 7 Days : 30-01-2018 to 05-02-2018

English and Urdu

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  15-01-2018 to 29-01-2018
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   30-01-2018 to 05-02-2018
3. With late fee of Rs. 150/- (another count of 7 Days : 06-02-2018 to 12-02-2018

Dogri

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  18-01-2018 to 01-02-2018
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   02-02-2018 to 08-02-2018
3. With late fee of Rs. 150/- (another count of 7 Days : 09-02-2018 to 15-02-2018

Hindi

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  25-01-2018 to 08-02-2018
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   09-02-2018 to 15-02-2018
3. With late fee of Rs. 150/- (another count of 7 Days : 16-02-2018 to 22-02-2018

Commerce

1.   Submission of forms without late fee (for first 15 Days) :  29-01-2018 to 12-02-2018
2. With requisite late fee of Rs.90/- (for 7 Days) :   14-02-2018 to 20-02-2018
3. With late fee of Rs. 150/- (another count of 7 Days : 21-02-2018 to 27-02-2018.

The candidates are advised to fill in the Examination form online at DDE website www.distanceeducationju.inor visit S.K. Infotech Hiranagar, take the print-out, deposit the requisite fee in any branch of the J&K Bank Ltd. And the attach the receipt of the bank challan with the Examination from and submit the same by hand along- with relevant documents required in the respective PG Sections of DDE. The Examination form filled in online at DDE website will be only considered from exam in 2nd Semester. Use Google Chrome Browser for quality printing of form.

 No Exam form shall be entertained after the completion of the above schedule.

Documents required

Two self attested photocopies of marks certificate of last qualifying exam along with the Roll No. slip of PG 1st Semester.

Details of Fee:-

• Rs. 770 + Rs. 10 (Bank charges) for PG (4^th Semester) Courses in English, Hindi, Urdu, Dogri, Sociology.
• Rs. 950 ( 770 + 180 as semester fee) + Rs. 10 Bank Charges) for PG (2nd Semester) Course in Commerce.
• The payment of prescribed fee can be made through the Branches of J&K Bank Ltd only.
