EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Architectural Assistant:

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized University.
• Should be registered with the Council of Architecture.

Assistant (Arch Dept):

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized University. (or)
• Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from a recognized institution with 2 years of experience in the field.

Planning Assistant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Planning from a recognized University (or)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized University or having passed AIIA (Part A & B) examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Architects & recognized by the Council of Architecture (or)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or having passed Part A & B examination of Institution of Engineering (India)
  AND
• At least one-year professional experience in Planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Junior Engineer (Civil):

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Board/Institution or having passed Part A & B examination of the Institution of Engineers (India).

Junior Engineer (Elec & Mech):

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering or Electrical & Electronics or Air Conditioner/Refrigerator Engineering from a recognized University/Board/Institution or having passed Part A & B examination of Institution of Engineer.

Draughtsman Gr.- III (Civil):

• Matriculation from a recognized Board or having passed Xth standard from a recognized Institution/Board.
• 2 years certificate course including practical training of 6 months in Draughtsmanship (Civil) from a recognized Institution/Board.

Draughtsman Gr. – III (Elec & Mech):

• Matriculation from a recognized Board or having passed Xth standard from a recognized Institution/Board.
• 2 years certificate course including practical training of 6 months in Draughtsmanship (E&M) from a recognized Institution/Board.

Surveyor:

• Matriculation from a recognized Board or having passed Xth standard from a recognized Institution/Board.
• 2 years certificate course including practical training of 6 months in Surveyor from a recognized Institution/Board.
